Amanda (Andy) Bonheur

I am an applied behavioral economist at RAND. 

My research studies policy-relevant questions about inequality using labor and behavioral economics. I have researched social justice movements in the digital age, the impact of societal structures/policies on the behavior and economic outcomes of minority groups, and more.

I completed my Economics PhD at the University of California San Diego in June 2024.
