Amanda (Andy) Bonheur

I am an Applied Behavioral Economist. My research studies policy-relevant questions about inequality using labor and behavioral economics, with particular focus on (1) social justice movements in the digital age and (2) the impact of societal structures/policies on the behavior and economic outcomes of minority groups.

I am completing my Economics PhD at the University of California San Diego in June 2024. 

I will join RAND as an Associate Economist in July 2024.
